Debbie Shafran brings more than 25 years of clinical nursing experience and over 15 years of advanced aesthetic expertise to FemmPro Wellness + Aesthetics. Her approach is rooted in a philosophy that closely reflects our own: caring for the whole woman means recognizing that how she feels in her body, her skin, and her appearance is an important part of her overall well-being.

As women move through different stages of life, changes in hormones, aging, stress, and lifestyle can affect the skin, facial volume, texture, tone, and overall appearance, Debbie takes the time to understand what each woman is experiencing and what she hopes to achieve, then develops a thoughtful, individualized plan designed to help her look refreshed, balanced, and naturally herself.

Debbie has extensive experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers to soften visible signs of aging and restore natural facial balance; biostimulatory and regenerative treatments, including PRF and EZ Gel, to support collagen production and improve skin quality; and advanced skin treatments including microneedling, lasers, IPL, and radiofrequency to address concerns such as texture, tone, pigmentation, laxity, and the changing needs of the skin over time. She is also highly trained in advanced techniques including PDO threads and cannula-based treatments.

For Debbie, however, aesthetics is never simply about performing a treatment. It is about understanding the woman receiving it. She believes in education, honest recommendations, and creating treatment plans that evolve alongside her patients—whether a woman is beginning to notice her first changes, navigating the effects of hormonal shifts and menopause, or simply wanting her outward appearance to better reflect how vibrant she feels within.

In addition to her clinical practice, Debbie is a Clinical Nurse Trainer and Educator for the American Institute of Aesthetic Medicine (AIAM), where she provides advanced didactic and hands-on education to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. She has also served as a clinical educator and consultant within the aesthetic medical-device industry.

Her goal is not to change the way a woman looks, but to help her feel confident, cared for, and at home in her skin through every stage of her life.
